Pressure Treated Outdoor Furniture

Our Pressure Treated Outdoor Furniture is a classic and timeless outdoor piece. Our Pressure Treated pieces are made by the Amish in Ohio. Pressure treatment is a process that forces chemical preservatives into the wood. Wood is placed inside a closed cylinder, then vacuum and pressure are applied to force the preservatives into the wood. The preservatives help protect the wood from attack by termites, other insects, and fungal decay. They are assembled with stainless steel hardware that is stain and corrosion resistant.

There are a few finish options you need to decide on before you buy. You can either leave it the natural color, stain, or paint it! Pressure Treated Outdoor Furniture is made to be outdoors, exposed to direct sunlight and elements. But if left alone, it will naturally weather to a silvery gray.  If you do not care for the weathered silvery gray look, it’s imperative that you seal or stain your furniture.  Here at Mountain Top Furniture we stock the unfinished but are able to order in a stained or a painted one to fit your needs.  I have included the stain colors in a photo below.  The paint process has 2 steps to ensure durability.
