Cypress Rocker

This is one of our most comfortable rockers.  It is hand crafted by the amish to be enjoyed for years to come.  All the screws and bolts are stainless steel to prevent rusting or rust stains on the furniture.  The cypress lumber is kiln dried to reduce the tendency to warp or cup.  cypress has a natural oil  that makes it naturally resistant to insects and decay.  If left to weather it will turn a driftwood grey color over time.  I you don't like the weathered look cypress accepts virtually any surface application although water-based stain will have the best results.  Minimal assembly is required, all holes are pre drilled and all hardware is included.
